STRENGTH

Designed to help you improve functional strength movements along with the inclusion of hypertrophy training. This class is ideal for you if your goal is to increase your strength or put on lean muscle.

HUSTLE

Programmed to make use of every minute of this class. High energy, high work rates, utilizing a range of different training styles to achieve a whole body, fat burning training session. 

AMPLIFY

A combination of strength, conditioning and whole body functional movements. This class will improve all aspects of your overall fitness with a focus on gaining lean muscle whilst burning that excess body fat.
